AI Production
Training.

Private and small-group training in generative AI for creative professionals. Learn the workflows, tools, and problem-solving methodology behind broadcast-quality AI production — from someone who's delivered it for agencies like Ogilvy and Grey, for clients like Google and Coca‑Cola.

One-on-one & small groupRemote or in-person

AI isn't a set of tools to memorize. It's a creative praxis — a way of thinking through visual problems, iterating rapidly, and turning a seed of an idea into a finished product. That's what this training teaches.

This isn't a course where you watch someone click through menus. It's hands-on, project-based training where you build real work from day one. You'll learn the same workflows and processes used to produce commercial projects for Fortune 500 brands.

The core tools

Image generation, video generation, AI audio and music, compositing and post-production, and the emerging pipeline that connects them. You'll understand not just what each tool does, but when and why to reach for it.

The production process

How to take a concept from brief to finished deliverable. Ideation, prompt engineering, iterative refinement, editing, post-production, and output. The full creative arc — compressed from weeks into days.

The problem-solving mindset

The tools will change. The models will improve. What won't change is the ability to look at a creative problem and know how to solve it with whatever AI can do today. That judgment — knowing what to ask for, how to refine it, when to push further and when to pivot — is the real skill. Everything else is just software.

Individual

One-on-one training

Fully customized to your role, industry, and goals. Work directly with the instructor on your own projects in real time. The fastest path from zero to producing real work.

  • Tailored curriculum based on your needs
  • Work on your own projects during sessions
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Ongoing support between sessions
Group

Small group sessions

Ideal for teams adopting AI workflows together. Small groups (2–6 people) ensure everyone gets direct attention while benefiting from collaborative problem-solving.

  • Structured multi-session curriculum
  • Team-specific projects and use cases
  • Collaborative exercises and critiques
  • Scalable for corporate training budgets
01

Working fluency

The ability to produce broadcast-quality AI content independently. Not theory — hands-on capability you can apply immediately.

02

A portfolio piece

Every student completes at least one real project during training. You leave with work you can show, not just notes you took.

03

A repeatable process

A structured workflow for taking any creative brief from concept to delivery using AI tools. A system, not a set of tricks.

04

Tool independence

Understanding of the principles behind generative AI so you can adapt as tools evolve. The landscape changes monthly — your methodology won’t.

05

Creative confidence

The ability to look at a visual problem and know you can solve it. AI production is a practice. Once you develop it, it compounds.

06

Competitive advantage

Generative AI is restructuring every creative industry. The people who learn these workflows now will define how they’re used. The people who wait will be adapting to someone else’s playbook.

The window for early adoption is closing. AI production is no longer experimental — it's being used in commercial production right now, at scale. The question isn't whether your industry will be affected. It's whether you'll be the one who knows how to use it.

Nathan Bush

Nathan is the founder of AI Production Company and a creative producer with fifteen years of experience in New York advertising and post-production. He studied at Bard College and Humboldt University in Berlin before building a career across directing, cinematography, editing, motion graphics, 3D animation, and photography.

His work spans agencies including Grey, Ogilvy, BBH, Anomaly, Huge, Joan, 160 Over 90, Rove Beyond, and We Are Social — producing for brands like Google, Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Tiffany & Co., Meta, NASA, Morgan Stanley, Oracle, Verizon, and dozens more. He's created editorial content for The Atlantic, Esquire, GQ, WIRED, New York Magazine, Harper's Bazaar, and Fast Company, and his fine art photography has been featured in Aperture.

Since 2024, Nathan has focused exclusively on generative AI production — architecting end-to-end video pipelines that combine AI tools with advanced post-production workflows. His recent generative AI work includes commercial projects for agencies like Ogilvy and Grey, for clients including Google and Coca-Cola — placing him at the intersection of traditional production craft and cutting-edge AI capability.

He teaches from the perspective of someone who's actually delivered this work at the highest commercial level — not someone who learned it from tutorials.
